We offer customers a complete delivery solution. Most of our products are delivered within 14 working days once cleared payment has been received. Although, we endeavour to post the items at the earliest.

Your items will be delivered to your doorstep. Should you wish to have your item on a specific date/day, please either inform us by email or telephone so that arrangements can be made for the delivery to take place on that specific day. Please note standard delivery days are Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm.
Deliveries are costly. Therefore, if you are not available at the time of delivery then we will charge you for re-delivery or forward the cost of delivery if you decide to cancel at this point.

We offer a 7 day returns policy. The item must be returned to us as new and in original packaging. Contact should be made via email or phone, once return is approved, a ‘returns number’ is provided. Please do not attempt to return an item without ascertaining a returns number. To aid us with our customer service, we do ask for a reason for returns. If you have purchased flat packed furniture we cannot accept returns if the item has been assembled, so please check all panels and contents before attempting to assemble the item. All goods that are returned to us will be checked on arrival to make sure they are as new, and only then will we process your refund.
We offer a 2 hours cancellation policy once payment has been processed. Contact should be made via e-mail or telephone. Failure to do so will result in a delivery charge.
Please be aware that the buyer is responsible for correctly packaging the item and will be responsible for the cost of return postage. The item must arrive back undamaged and in a re-saleable condition. We reserve the right to refuse any returns which are damaged upon return to us.
Due to the high quality of our furniture we are unable to accept returns as damaged if the customer signs for delivery. You must sign the item as received damaged if you can see any marks on the packaging. All items should be checked immediately upon delivery and any damage should be reported to the delivery personnel.
Any damaged goods must be reported within 24 hours and be supported with clear evidence (photographs) that show the damage and clear photographs of the packaging with labels on. These details should be emailed to us at email@example.com within 24 hours after delivery. Failure to do this will result in any damage claim being rejected.
Our furniture products are made from natural wood and materials and accordingly appearances may vary. Some woods, particularly Oak, can mellow in colour with age and exposure to sunlight. When you are purchasing our furniture you are buying handmade furniture where varying degrees of distressing may apply from piece to piece; this may involve wood splits, wood filling, knots, purpose distress/scratch marks, antiquing etc.
The majority of our products are supplied flat pack; however certain pieces will need some self-assembly. Please see each product’s individual description for details.
We endeavour to display as accurately as possible the true colours of our products in the marketing material provided and via the website. We cannot guarantee the complete accuracy of the pictures or photographs that are shown on our website due to monitor settings and camera lighting that can affect the colouring of items in a picture. We will not accept colour and shade discrepancies as a reason for defect.
If the Customer is dissatisfied with the colour or shade we will however offer a refund as long as the item is reported within 7 days. The Customer will pay the return carriage costs and only the goods cost will be refunded and not the carriage costs.
All dimensions specified by us are approximate and are used as a guideline. We cannot guarantee the complete accuracy of the dimensions that are shown on our website and will not accept dimensions discrepancies as a reason for defect.
Any product defects must be reported within 14 days of delivery to the seller via email to firstname.lastname@example.org and be supported with; clear photographs that show the damage, clear photographs of the packaging (to demonstrate condition of packaging), details of product batch number(s). These details should be emailed to us at email@example.com within 14 days of delivery. Any claim of defect after 14 days of delivery will not be accepted. Any incomplete claims (whereby all of the above details are not sent in writing, by email, to firstname.lastname@example.org) will be rejected.
Defective products or parts will be replaced by us. If the goods have been delivered through our third party carrier then all replacement carriage costs will be covered by us. If the goods were not delivered through us or our third party carrier, the buyer will be responsible for all replacement carriage costs and for the return of the defective product(s).
We will not accept the return of unpackaged items. If the goods are to be collected from the buyer through our third party carrier, the goods will not be collected unless they are packed within their original packaging. In the event that a collection is refused by us or our third party carrier on grounds that goods are not suitably packaged for collection, a re-collection fee will be charged to the Client.
Due to our confidence in the excellent quality of our furniture and its construction and also the various conditions and treatment that the furniture can be subjected to after delivery, we will under no circumstances replace or refund any products after 14 days from the delivery date.
