Once you have bought from any of our Dining, Living or Bedroom products and paid in full, please email us your home and mobile telephone number. Failure to do this may result in a delay in your item being delivered.
All our items are currently available for FREE delivery within mainland UK. Please note that surcharges are only applicable to certain postal codes including the Scottish highlands and other rural areas. If you do live in one of these areas and would like to purchase this item but do not want to pay the additional surcharge then please do give us a call on 0333 332 1767 prior to ordering for additional information.
All of our items are delivered from a warehouse using XDP. We deliver the item within 5-7 working days of receiving payment but we always aim to deliver items well before then. Our aim is for you to have your item within a week of purchase. In exceptional circumstances the item may take longer than 5-7 working days but we will contact you if this is the case.

In the unlikely even you change your mind we can cancel the order and refund your money back. You can send us a simple e-mail with your full name, full address, contact number and item of purchase so we can locate the order and cancel. We usually process the refund within 24 hours. Although, the banks could take 7-10 working days to refund you the amount. Remember goods are dispatched on the same working day and if the item is dispatched you will follow the returns policy.
